New Asphalt
If you have a gravel driveway or an existing blacktop drive that just needs a little love, let us handle it. We bring in all the equipment to prep for the new blacktop and lay a surface that will surely turn heads. We also offer milling and sweeping services if we have to cut out sections of blacktop to make it match the existing parts of the drive or parking lot.
Seal Coating
For some parking lots or driveways, recovering with new asphalt is not necessary. But cracks are definitely a lot’s worst nightmare, and that’s where we come in. We offer hot pour crack fill, a rubber based filler that adheres to the blacktop and keeps the cracks from getting worse. To tie it all together, we will put down a layer of seal coat that will make the asphalt black again and lengthen the life of the blacktop. Application is your choice: by hand or with our professional air driven, seal coat applicator.
Gravel Work
From hauling to spreading, we tackle every aspect of gravel work and grading. We can use the existing gravel and fix what is already there, or we can bring in new gravel and grade the surface to be flat again. This includes fixing holes and low areas to bring the ground level.
We at Harless & Sons do not offer any guarantees on our jobs. This includes cracks, grass, low areas, or other contractors doing work to existing asphalt. The ground is constantly moving and shifting, making it unpredictable on where it might crack or settle. We always do our best on every job we install or fix. If an issue comes up after the job is complete, we are more than willing to come back to the site and try our best to remedy the problem.
